签约仪式上，两地行政审批局负责同志和各部门工作人员就签订两地“跨省通办”协议的重要意义、起草背景及合作目标、内容、方式作了深入的交流。本次合作，两地结合实际，本着“成熟一批、推出一批”原则，涉及医疗、社保、残联、市场准入等重点领域通办70项，明确事项标准、办理流程，提出收受分离、分类办理、就近申请、微信群衔接四种合作模式。

本次合作协议的签订，旨在通过“统一标准、相互授权、异地受理远程办理、协同联动”的服务模式开展业务办理，切实解决企业群众异地办事“多地跑”“折返跑”等堵点、难点问题，实现服务企业群众“零距离”。
