【早餐护胃】
早上建议大家吃热食。对于很多上班族而言,新的一天从起床开始就忙忙碌碌,很多人喜欢简单一点,比如面包配牛奶。这样的搭配看似营养,但是初春早晨的温度相对较低,胃还没有真正“暖”起来。此时如果摄入较冷的饮食,会使胃气受损。
南京市中西医结合医院脾胃病科主任孙刚介绍说,早餐搭配要适当“杂”一点。一小碗热腾腾的山药粥、大枣粥都是不错的选择。如果有条件的话,可适量摄入一些富含蛋白质和脂肪的食品,如鸡蛋、豆制品、瘦肉等。
最后,吃早餐时最好慢一点。不少人为了赶时间,早餐即便是趁热吃,也会吃得较快,这样食物不容易消化,影响营养的吸收效率,对食道和肠胃也都会造成刺激。
