近日，中南财经政法大学发布关于解除祝晶聘用合同并终止人事关系的公告：
祝晶，女，外国语学院专任教师，讲师，于2023年4月中旬未经学校批准擅自离境，长期不在岗，学校通过多种途径均无法与其取得联系。根据《事业单位人事管理条例》等文件的有关规定，经校务会研究，决定自2023年8月21日起解除与祝晶签订的聘用合同，终止人事关系。
据上游新闻报道，记者从知情人士处获悉，祝晶没上班后，校方通过各种途径联系未果，其在湖南岳阳的家人也称联系不上祝晶。发布解聘通告前，校方已报警，警方反馈，暂未查到祝晶出国记录，但查到其前往香港的记录。因祝晶一直处于失联状态，离境原因尚不明。
该知情人士说，虽没查到祝晶出国记录，但她到底有没有从香港离开，还未知。
中南财经政法大学外国语学院官网显示，2021年5月及2022年5月，该院公示“新增硕士生导师导师组评议结果”，祝晶均在公示名单上，拟申请专业为国别与区域研究。此外，2021年4月，该校外国语学院举办外语配音大赛，祝晶是大赛的日法俄组评委老师。
