农村物流是连接城乡生产和消费的重要纽带，对满足农村群众生产生活需要、释放农村消费潜力、促进乡村振兴具有重要意义。抱团发展共同配送、建立站点方便寄递、整合资源降低成本……日前，记者走访湖北当阳、广西梧州、安徽青阳三地，探访当地如何完善快递物流配送体系，带动村民增收致富。
快递公司抱团发展
统一分拣运投到村
走进湖北省当阳市农村寄递物流公共配送中心，各快递物流公司的厂房依次排列，智能分拣线正有条不紊地分拣各类包裹。
“1小时分拣2万多件快递，效率比人工分拣提高了3倍。”配送中心负责人郭小东伸手一指，“这些包裹每天早上6点半进港，经过3小时智能分拣，当天就能送到村里。”
郭小东说，过去，快递进村物流配送成本高、时效慢、末端经营压力大。部分经营人员反映，农村地区业务分散，难以支撑快递公司长远发展。
2021年，当阳市设立邮政管理局，鼓励快递公司抱团发展、降本增效。圆通、申通、极兔、中通、韵达等5家快递企业合伙成立湖北海纳通供应链管理有限公司，当阳市邮政管理局联合镇（街道）、乡村振兴和相关职能部门，建成1.2万平方米的当阳市农村寄递物流公共配送中心。
